We rented a scooter here. It was the best scooter we had in Indonesia.
Then we booked transport from Ubud to Gili Trawangan, it was inexpensive. And everything worked out great.
Next time we'll come back

We bought them an excursion to Mount Batur to see the sunset and we told them that afterward we wanted to go to the hot springs. They told us fine. But on the day of the excursion they told us, once we had paid and were on the way, that the hot springs were closed. We have felt cheated.

I do not recommend it! They offer you a tour to places that are not worth it in the surroundings of Ubud and they make you pay an entrance fee in all the places they take you. Everything is pure business, exhausting. The driver was very kind but we told him that he would take us to eat at a cheap place with local food and he took us to a giant restaurant full of tourists with western prices. The driver was given a commission for bringing customers. We have been very disappointed with this agency
