We were a couple and rented a Katana for three weeks and we were immediately in the Bali atmosphere;). The car does very well for a couple. And André is very available and considerate. Email responses are very quick. A driver was waiting for us when we arrived and took us back to the airport on the way back. It's very useful. Great value for money for a car rental.

We took an old car (for the bali experience), but had à problem, but Andre immediately helped is out with another. He has also new cars. Very Good service!

Andrew was extremely helpful and honest to deal with. He gave us a great price on our car hire which was cheaper than his competitors. When we got a second flat tyre in another city, he even sent out a mechanic for free who brought out a new tyre and fitted it for us to get us going again in a short period of time. The thing I appreciated the most though, was that he posted my digital camera I left behind in the car all the way back to Australia for me! I highly recommend hiring a car with this gentlemen, he is honest and provides excellent service and cheap rates. Thanks Andre!) Jamie

We were picked up at the airport by a very nice employee who took us to the rental station 15 km away. Unfortunately, Mr. Reich, the manager, was unable to attend, but the vehicle handover was well organized.

- unfortunately the main reason why we no longer want to rent here - the distance to the airport. If you know the local traffic, 15 km can take 1 hour. Pick up 08.00 airport - drive to rental station - arrival at Tanah Lot temple (26 km) 2.30 p.m. - 6.5 h stop and go. We would have been able to avoid the traffic jam better if we had picked up the vehicle at the airport.

A tip: When you get picked up, ask the driver to take the toll road and pay the 2 euros extra - you won't regret it.

Location d'une voiture pour 12 jours, par mail directement avec André. Impeccable. Parle parfaitement le français. Le chauffeur vient vous chercher à l'aéroport pour vous ammener à votre voiture.
Prix bas, avec assurance en plus.

Second rental with André and still in Suzuki Katana, best car for Bali although the car is old it is perfect for small roads (and others too because the speed is slow everywhere)

Andre is incredibly helpful, he can advise and help you well, etc. We wanted to arrive to Bali with our three teenagers so we needed to manage big car with automatic gear (I have no problem to drive on the left but I do not like to do it without automatic). And as well he helped us by some advice. Andre was prepared to help, advice and manage everything we need. PERFECT. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled so we couldn't arrive and we had to change destination. But next on the way to the Bali I will use again only his car rental and help.

Avons réservé une voiture en février tout s est super bien passé, accueil chaleureux, parle français, chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher a l hôtel et nous ramener, si on y retourne et s y vous y aller n hésitez pas tout est très professionnel.

Renting a car without much bureaucracy.easily! And meanwhile listening to the stories of Andre's life, starting in Germany and building up his enterprise in Sanur. Good price, free shuttle from your hotel to the office and back, full insurance and many good ideas for your holiday. More than highly recommended!

Very poor customer service and rude owner. Went in to hire a car for the weekend. Asked person behind the desk (I presume Andre) about vehicle hire, asked for details of vehicles available, rates and terms. Was told that they do not have any details there in the office with them. Was told that i would have to go away and look at their website.
Would have hired car there and then and on regular basis but left due to their poor service and having no available information for customers.

Nous avons loué notre voiture avec André pendant 10 jours, voiture en très bon état, en plus il parle français.

Lucky to find this rental car company, its hard to find a selfdriving car rental with full insurance coverage and automatic ;) the car is clean and the aircon is working properly as i need in this hot weather.

Recommended. We have rented from Mr. Reich 2 times (first time Suzuki Katan, second time Toyota Avanza) Cars are in good conditions, the owner is very kind and helpful. And the prices are reasonable. Little higher than at locals, but it worth the money, that Mr. Reich is european and speaks german and english and easy to discuss everything.
