I haven't been to Amo for about a year, and when I went back, they change the new menu and prices. It was quite busy and pretty hard to make the booking because the traffic.but the service was really good and more professional.a bit tired because of the crowd, but still worth it! Recommend

Been coming to Amo for 5 years whenever I’m in Bali. I can only comment on the sauna/steam/cold plunge area… which just seems to keep expanding. Fantastic way to recover, unwind, relax, re-energize. It’s relaxing but also social… nice way to meet people! Will continue to be a staple on my Canggu circuit for years to come. I wish they would offer 1-2 week passes though! It is getting a bit pricier… but still worth it

I went to this place all the time, never canceled before making an appointment, and then I want to make a reservation, I say that I can arrive in 15 minutes, and they tell me to prepay by transfer, although all the time I paid in cash in the salon, I don’t have a card and I can’t even book a massage. Terrible service for such money

They keep increasing price every now and then. I was their customer for long time, but this year they are sending me new price almost every time I am booking something. Their space however stays weary and old
The last thing upset me - since now you can not book just one hour massage - you have to book and pay for sauna as well, even if you don’t need it. Literally forcing you to buy and pay. That is rude

For that price I will find place with nice and fresh interrior and friendly administration

I adore this place. The staff is so accommodating, kind, and gentle. I came alone on my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake. I felt so special, and it was the best birthday I’ve ever had! I got a full body scrub and massage; both were amazing. It is such a great place to relax and a great place to treat yourself. I feel so lucky I was able to go and have such an amazing time here.

Absolutely bad customer service. They seem entitled with their overpriced services. When we arrived there were 3 staff at the reception desk with no other customers. They didn’t bother to greet, instead seemed very annoyed. We approached and asked for a menu they just handed over a thick pdf document made of 40 or 50 pages and we were lost.

We just wanted a full body massage. The staff was so unhelpful. They didn’t bother to explain anything and then when we approached again to ask about kind of massage services and packages they provide they had no clue. Absolutely untrained and unhelpful.

Never coming back here again! And do not recommend this place at all. For the kind of high price tag it doesn’t have the service and for Bali it’s ridiculously expensive. I can have better service in a first world country for the same price tag. Amo spa you left me extremely unhappy.

I have been here twice. The first time, I had an amazing massage. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our massages very much. You can even pick a scent for your massage oil.

The second time, I brought my girlfriends. We enjoyed the sauna and pools. It was a really nice experience. I also got a oxygen facial.

I highly recommend this spa to relax anyone visiting Canggu.

Love amo spa! A must visit when in Bali - great full body treatments, sauna, ice plunge bath. Very clean and products used were lovely.

Will visit again. Excellent for massage and facial. Services are very attentive and genuine. Comfy waiting area with lots of couches to sink into

I got the best massage ever, I will never forget this place.

I received the full massage and when I paid for it I felt guilty because I thought it was not enough for what I had received.

The atmosphere they create is perfect, when you finish you float with happiness and you feel very relaxed and happy.this heals the body, mind and soul. Without a doubt, I will only return there to repeat it.

Great experience at Amo Spa Bali. The massage was great. I had the super relaxing foot massage. Felt so good after that. The masseur were polite, nice and experienced. If you’re looking for a place to relax those muscles of yours, this would be it!

Best massage in Bali I’ve ever had! Extremely satisfied with client service and massage quality there. Everything was just perfect.

For the price I would’ve expected a better quality of massage. The manicure, they charged me more because I had SNS on, but the lady who came to take them out she had no clue on how to do it. She was filling my nails with the machine until the SNS came off. I screamed when she burnt my finger nail. If you want to charge extra, that's fine but at least they have to know how to do it. And pedicure? Well, see the photo one day after. I would't mind to pay more than AUD$100 but I found better places for a cheaper price.

The service and experience was great. Their staff were very helpful and friendly, we were also given a wide range of massage oil to choose from, would recommend Wild From Heart oil! The only issue I had was that the massage didn’t gave me a “wow” feeling. Like it didn’t rejuvenate me after the session. Haha. That being said, we like the fact that we were given cucumber mask, very refreshing for our face, and also they wiped down our body with warm towels to remove the oil.

I have been here on server occasions for myself to get a body scrubs and mani/pedi. My guy and I also enjoyed a full spa day here scrub/massage/facial/sauna/lunch/etc. The staff is great. I did breakout after my facial however my face is very sensitive. The price is competitive for Canggu if you're coming from the states enjoy the best and most inexpensive many/pedi you will ever have!

I booked an appointment here after doing
some research on curl specialists in the area.
I was very worried about getting my haircut
out here in an area where curls aren't super
common. Luckily I found Boy (aka Ibrahim)!
He was so amazing! I was very specific on how I didn’t want too much cut off because the humidity makes my hair shrink but I still wanted it to look like it had been cut. Boy nailed it! It’s the perfect length and he was very precise on his cuts making sure all my curls were even and none where out of place. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

We had a 1 hour massage scrub and it was the worst experience of my life. Felt like glass shards being rubbed on my skin. Had to take pain relief medicine after treatment and after a week I still have marks all over my body like I’ve been cut everywhere.

The whole process was underwhelming from the start. There was no communication between staff. They kept leaving us in the sitting area without any instructions which made a 2.5 hour treatment for for almost 4 hours.
