Incredible. I did the Open Water course with Kadek and I was lucky to be alone. The service could not have been better, always attentive and constantly reminding you of the importance of safety.

It is the cheapest I found in Amed and the quality of the equipment is unbeatable, both materially and personally.

They picked me up and dropped me off at my hostel and invited me to at least 3 coffees a day.

I would always recommend it and if you are lucky enough to go with Kadek you are guaranteed a good experience.

Great guys to dive with! Did some fun dives with Nyoman while my partner did the PADI open water course with Kadek and was super happy, he had a keen eye for sea creatures and always felt safe. Everyone at the shop is lovely and fun as well, couldn't recommend them more and can't wait to come back and dive with them again

I got my open water certification from them, it was an exceptional service from all staff. My instructor Kadek, was so patient and helpful and always made me feel safe and comfortable. Marine life in Amed is unbelievable and so are these guys!

I stayed in Amed for 4 nights and 5 days in November and did some diving. The diver master in charge of our team participated in the coral restoration project that started about 30 years ago, and continues to observe whether the restoration is being done well. He knows all the diving spots in the Ahmed area well. Sea creatures are his friends. During the ample diving time, I was happy underwater. As this was my first visit, I made reservations for the Amed area and the Tulamben area, and I think I will make a return visit here. From here, you can reach all the points in the Tulamben area by driving for 20 to 30 minutes. Villa Aska, the accommodation connected to the diver center, was also a wonderful place. The skewered dish (called satae) was also delicious. This PADI 5 star place has all staff friendly. We pick you up from your accommodation, dive, and take you back to your accommodation. Tea and cookies are provided during breaks. Above all, there were specialized books on sea creatures, so we looked up their names after diving. Europeans are the main customers. The system is good and reservations and communication are good. Everything from airport pickup is presented transparently at a reasonable price. You can experience all the advantages of a true local diver center.
There is almost no current, so it is an easy place to learn diving or for beginners. Advanced people can also enjoy bird diving and wall diving. Equipment rental costs are included in the diving price. Since we were traveling continuously, we didn't take any equipment with us. The equipment here is new and well maintained, so you can rest assured.

We had a fantastic experience at Amed White Sands. My wife and I had not dived in six years. Coco was a fantastic dive master. We always felt comfortable and save. Diving the Liberty wreck right after sunrise was amazing.

Lovely place - went for AOWC over 2 days. Reasonably priced. Super responsive. Staff were great and considerate. Took the time to instruct and get me up to speed. The spots to dive in the area are incredible. Longsor was a pleasure to dive with. Felt super comfortable and safe, while also being shown some great diving.

I recently completed my Padi open water at Amed White Sand Divers and would highly recommend it. Ulla my instructor, was very knowledgeable, informative and patient with her teaching. I had a brilliant 3 days, the highlight being diving the USAT liberty wreck. I saw amazing fish and turtles.
Great friendly vibe, felt super safe and would definitely recommend to anyone considering diving here.

I did snorkeling in Japanese ship wreck and Lapith beach. Water is clean and beautiful view, saw a lot of fishes and sea turtles. And staff is very friendly and nice!

On the recommendation of a fellow backpacker, I chose Amed White Sand Divers for my advanced open water. After asking the instructors some questions, I learned that WSD is the only dive club in Amed run by locals, which made me even more satisfied with this choice. They know the dive sites like their back pocket. The instructors are really fun, friendly and approachable, take the time to explain everything in detail (and in perfect English) and place great importance on safety of their divers. After a not so great experience with night diving in Australia, they listened to the reasons that made this a less fun experience for me and showed me how it could be done differently. Had the most incredible shipwreck dive and night dive. I would recommend anyone to join WSD for an amazing experience!

Had the best experience diving with Amed white sand divers. It is the only locally owned dive school in Amed!
We had 2 lovely dives, a ship wreck dive at USAT liberty and the second at the “drop off”
All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Koko was very funny, Sasa and Nyoman are great also.
The condition of the equipment is very good (including boots) and we felt very safe. We had nice coffee and biscuits for snacks during the surface interval
We are very happy with the company, 10/10 would dive with the team again!

I had an amazing experience with Amed White Sand Divers.
All the people are super friendly, warmly and funny.
In 3 days, I did my PADI Open Water Certification. My instructor (Made) was really patient and explained all the content in an understandable and detailed way. I always felt very safe and comfortable.
I can highly recommend this diving centre for everyone who wants to experience a safe dive in Ameds stunning underwater world.
