Ambiente Spa at Rama Garden

I don’t like giving bad ratings but I tried this place twice, once in 2022 and once again in 2023… the massage is not good enough. The staff are either untrained or just don’t want to try. Better off saving your money.

This place was amazing. 2 of us went in after hearing people passing by talking about it. It did not disappoint Wandi was amazing very professional and very relaxing. Quiet and peaceful. Had the ultimate reflexology 135k $13: 50au Not sure about the reflexology moves but I thought that would be more but very happy with the massage. 1hr. Definitely coming back.

My husband and I had the 2.5Hour couples massage. Included massage, facial, body scrub and amazing bath.must do cost in Aus $105 for the 2 of us.

I was looking for a massage that was a bit more upmarket than the normal "yes, massage? " Spa along every street in Legian. This one was clean, friendly, and even felt like more care was given, better trained technicians and the room was beautifully decorated and lit. A Balinese traditional massage was only 170,000rp, so really was only 7-10 bucks more, for far better massage. If you want to 'style-it-up" just a little bit then, here it is!

Expected a bit more of this spa because it looks more professional than most and charge double than the others nearby (Rp 185k for one hour massage whilst others on the strip charge Rp 70k). It is cleaner and presents better, but the customer service is poor, being very non- flexible and non- accomodating to clients needs. The one hour massage was very average and superficial, more like patting than massaging, which was just as well because the lady had long nails that were scratching the skin when she was using her thumbs. Basically, don’t come here if you want a quality massage.
So where to go? The hotel’s spas are more expensive but staff are more experienced and you’re more likely to get a decent massage. Have tried the spa at the Mandira hotel, and paid Rp 429k for one hour, but was a decent massage and did not disappoint.
