The place is very beautiful, more relaxing than any other Spa in the area. The therapist who gave me the massage did it very well, but you can also tell that she doesn't have much technique, it was a rather homemade massage without very defined order steps. Still I liked it a lot. I don't give it five stars because comparing it to other Spas in the area, there are better messages and on top of that at 1/3 of the price. The girl at the reception is charming.

An amazing authentic spa place with very kind and nice owners and stuff. I had an anti-cellulite massage. And after that they showed me around and treated me with some tea and freshly cutted fruits.

A wonderful place for those who like to have a full spa day We took the Sakura + Shiatsu massage program, and it was simply amazing: first a head massage with a mask, after a hammam and sauna, after a Turkish peeling with a glove and a cream scrub, after an hour-long full body massage! We are happy, we will come again! Complete relaxation

For me this is the best SPA in Ubud, I always take the Sakura program. This is 2.5 hours of enjoyment. Luxurious head massage, sauna and hammam, pleasant body scrub. After this program you feel completely renewed.

I really liked the SPA
The staff is attentive, clean, the hammam smells deliciously of herbs, and the water temperature in the pool is pleasant, great for cooling off after the sauna
After the sauna I had a deep massage, the master’s hands were very strong (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) and worked well on the tightness in the body
At the end they bring ginger tea and fruit
I also really like that there are all the little things from a hair dryer to face cream and a comb
I'll definitely come back again

Amazing spa experience in ubud!

I was greeted by the staff with a cold face towel and cucumber water. During my Sakura experience, I was provided with a hair masque and scalp massage, time to unwind and detox in the sauna and steam room, a swim in the beautiful outdoor pool and then received a full body exfoliation and massage similar to an experience at a Korean spa. At the end of the treatment, I got my hair washed and received fruit and tea before leaving! The staff are super friendly. I felt taken care of the entire time. Would highly recommend! My hair still smells so good a few days later! Walking distance from central ubud

Great experience. My partner and I bought the day spa package and it was amazing. I loved from the first to the last treatment! In addition, the location is very nice, right in the center but quiet and away from street noise. The staff is super friendly and nice. I would go back to try all the treatments! Super recommended!

Best spa in Ubud. I visited twice, once for a deep tissue massage and again for a facial and deep tissue massage. This place is very safe and the staff are very skilled. I also liked that when you go inside you won't hear any traffic noises and more nature which helps to relax. Perfect spa, thank you!

Cute place, easy to find, fair prices, friendly staff. The massage it’s a little bit too rough for my taste but a guess it’s typical balinese style.also the scrub with the glove for my skin was too much.

This is so far the best spa I have ever been to. I decided to start the day with the Detox program and I loved it! The massage was great as well. I'm not a big fan it's usually too painful for me but as I got later from the owner the massage in this program is softer. I even fell asleep during the procedure this never happened to me before. Also want to highlight the attention to details the owner has. In the changing room you will find all you need. I will definitely visit the place again.

We came here for the sauna room. While it was the perfect way to spend a chilly rainy evening, I would suggest a few small improvements, such as making more towels available, as well as insulating the sauna door, which has a draft underneath. While the glass door is nice to let light in, It also limits how hot the sauna was able to get. With people coming in and out at times it was really struggling to keep warm.

Sub-par experience. The massage place felt too public for me, staff tried to be nice but the service quality just wasn’t there.

I took my friend here for her birthday and we both loved it. It’s a beautiful spa, very clean. Great and friendly staff. Really hot sauna and steam and the scrub was divine. My skin is soft as silk. After our treatment we were served tea and fruit by the pool and they brought out a special treat for my friend and sang happy birthday… how wonderful. We will definitely be going back and telling our friends. Highly recommended!

I've been searching their Facebook and website trying to get information. It doesn't make sense that they offer a Korean scrub.but then only let you soak in the pools for 20 minutes before the scrub?
In Korea (where I used to live), along with every other culture, it's important to properly soak before scrubbing. Some cultures soak for hours before scrubbing! It's the best feeling ever, getting a Korean scrub after spending the afternoon in hot tubs and cold tubs and saunas.
I reached out to the spa, thinking this is an error, and they advised me directly that it's not.
They literally say all you need is 20 minutes soaking, and then you get a scrub and your spa experience is over.
After my conversation, it's very obvious they have no idea at all about what a Korean scrub is. I can see why some other expats warned me against this place and I should have listened.
Be aware! I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere, to a more professional place.

I had the scrub with glove and they know how to do it as in my country (Morocco) it is very popular. It’s like a Turkish bath.

Been waiting for Korean Scrub to arrive to Ubud for years and it's finally here! This was an amazing experience. The lady who treated me Murney used to work at a Hammam in Turkey so she really knows her stuff. Steam room was amazing as well but noisy. Service is exceptional. I left feeling high and very happy. Will be back.

One suggestion: please provide a wristband for the key.
