A fantastic family holiday in the 3 bedroom villa. Great value. Exceptional service. The staff including the general manager could not have been nicer or more professional. We highly recommend the resort & will definitely be back.

Just had the most incredible stay at amaterra with my partner and our 10month old.
Firstly, the staff were all amazing, everyone was personsble, they were always checking in to see how our stay were going, very friendly and so kind and welcoming to our family especially our young son. They did their best to make us feel as relaxed as possible.
Our villa was kept to an extremely high standard every day, the pool always clean. The standard villa was exceptional spacious and good outdoor area with pool.
The restaurant food was delicious. The breakfast generous.
The beach area set up too was nice and quiet with a good amount of shade.
They had everything you needed to have an enjoyable stay. Would definately recommend and we can't wait to return.

Thanks to the team for making our stay exceptional. Well appointed villa with all we needed. We did have evening noise from a nearby night club.

Beautiful luxury Villa's each with its own pool and fabulous outdoor room.
All the staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient. The Food was delicious and Balinese night was authentic and fun.
We enjoyed Yoga and Aqua fit in the main pool, Novi was an excellent instructor. Would highly recommend staying if you're looking forward for a tranquil rest.

This is our fifth stay at Amarterra Villas. Normally we go to different villas and locations so it is saying something that we chose Amarterra again.
Pros:
The resort is stunning with a picturesque Reception and entry area.
The restaurant has been relocated to the front of the Resort and is a great place to enjoy a meal or drink.
The Villas each with their own private pool are beautiful.
The food is delicious with a good variety at breakfast and dinner.
Happy Hour between 5 and 7 is a bonus.
The private area at Nusa Dua Beach is peaceful and the beach itself is clean with clear water. A great place to swim.
A free shuttle to Nusa Dua is provided.
Unlike some other much larger resorts in Nusa Dua, Amarterra Villas is always peaceful and relaxing.
It is only a short walk to Bali Collection shopping and restaurant area, or the shuttle if you prefer.
The staff are the best feature of Amarterra Villas. We are always made to feel most welcome and greeted like family by several staff members. We received outstanding service from the following staff: Rai, Koumang, Edi, Edy and Liberta.

Also, the new Gym and Spa were just about to open as we were leaving so these things will only enhance your experience at Amarterra Villas.
We have booked to return next year.

Villanya sangat bagus, bersih, luas, pelayanan sangat baik dan ramah, makanan walau pun tidak banyak pilihan tapi okelah, saya dapat free one dinner yang enak bisa pilih menu lengkap dari appatizer sampai dessert.so yummi.sy tinggal di Sakura 2, viewnya bagus keluar kamar ada swimming pool dan garden, di kamar ada private room dan begitu pintu dibuka ada public swimming pool yg cantik.suasana sangat tenang dan damai, lokasi bagus dekat pantai, saya bersepeda keliiing Nusa Dua sangat senang, bikin malas kemana2 karena sudah komplit! Perfecto️… saya mau kesini lagi terima kasih hntuk para staff yg sangat baik hati.

I've stayed around the world and been to Indonesia many times so I can safely say that this hotel is truly one of the best.

The villas were absolutely stunning, had everything you would need and even extra touches like having a jacuzzi not just a tub, and having an indoor and an outdoor shower. The beach is a 5min walk and they have a private area for hotel guests with towels and cold water provided and you're allowed to carry food and relax on day beds there. The food was excellent, breakfast daily was very fresh and the staff made an extra effort to prepare whatever you needed as per dietary requirements like the chef made the seafood specially without chillies for me as I can't have them. They had a free photo shoot with a professional photographer and you can select 1 complimentary picture for memories and then you can buy additional pictures if you chose to.

A MASSIVE THANKS to the staff it was some of the nicest and friendliest staff I've ever met - they were all truly happy from the gardner to the manager everyone was a true team and you can tell they loved working there and happily chatted with all the guests.

We want to thank Wayan at the beach, Edi, Gita and Gisel at the restaurant, Rai, Ayu and Julien at reception, the Chef and cooks for the seafood and breakfast daily, and last but not least Harry the manager - who always helped us with everything right till the moment we left.

You made this trip back to Bali a truly special and emotional one and we didn't even want to check into the W hotel after having such a lovely 3 days with your team. Hope to be back soon!

Literally the most wonderful place I have ever stayed at. My wife and I loved everything about it. The accommodations were awesome, the staff was superb!

If you're coming for a vacay in Bali, book this place. It's great! Except for a lizard in the room, it was a great place with great staff! Pools in the villa, can't beat that

Still can be improved.
They only had room for 2 and for 4 people.
And For oddly numbered group, they don't have extra bed.
I think they should provide it, or at least some blanket.
Other aspect are perfect.

The hotel is amazing. The villas are wonderful. The staff is kind and attentive. The beach area is reserved for guests only a nice treat. The downside no attention to Accor status members and amenities. Since there is no room upgrade there is no difference in recognitions. Would I stay again always. Do they have work to do yes! And the restaurant portions cut down, limited menu and you pay extra for a side dish

We had a great stay here for 4 nights this week, a truly luxurious accommodation which met all our expectations. A few highlights for us were how peaceful and serene the resort was, the plants, gardens and surroundings were perfect. The staff were also really attentive and met all our needs without any issue. The villas themselves are great with outdoor lounging and private pool. Thanks for a great stay.

Our 3 bedroom villa was stunning for our family of 5. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful and the food was a treat.

It was a very nice stay. Only problem was, it was a bit small in terms of the total size of the resort. Internet speed was a bit below average.

Nice hotel, hospital staff but the facility is getting bit old, requires maintinance

This resort was truly amazing. Every single detail from the room, food presentation to the friendliness and kindness of all the staff were above and beyond any expectations that could ever be met. The rooms were beautiful and always cleaned twice a day. One person in particular who made it truly memorable was Bob at reception. He was available anytime to answer any questions. Everyone communicates on WhatsApp; so Bob would text us any info about what we might like to do or where we might like to go. He would always organize and set everything up for us. Bob showed us everything and everywhere. We loved hanging out with him and if he ever makes it to Canada for a visit, he’s always welcome to stay with us as long as he would like. We love Bob for how amazing he made our vacation and for the good friend he became. If you’re planning to come here and want to enjoy your stay, please make sure to ask for Bob!

An excellent Villa with private pool. Excellent services, excellent staffs and very good food. Compared to similar villas, the rooms rate is a steal. But, as a 5 stars Resort, really need to pay more attention to details inside the rooms. Shouldn't see broken electric outlet, shouldn't see molds around the shower area.

Excellent Villa and Resorts. Real hospitality and services. One of best Indonesian cuisine in own resort restaurant. It was small and less variety of menu but real Indonesian taste and fantastic staff service. Highly recommend.

Awesome services right from beginning until checking out. All our request was fulfilled and they really make sure we enjoy our stay, which we certainly did. We booked 1 bedroom villa which have private pool. The pool was cleaned daily and they have a floating breakfast service which Mrs.enjoyed very much. Highly recommended for young couple/ family who prefer private and more quite environment.
