No optometrist works at Alex Optic Bali. There is no optometrist on their staff in case you were wanting to go there for testing.

We have purchased many pairs of glasses and had eye tests here over the years. Very good service from Ketut. The only criticism is the lack of modern, stylish and colourful frames for a reasonable price, eg under aud50. The current supply of frames are more suited to the older demographic - of which I am one - but i like modern frames. We often buy our own frames elsewhere at a lower price and have our lens supplied by Alex optic. Very prompt service here.

Very nice service! I broke my specs the first day arrived so I contacted their WhatsApp account and got response swiftly. It was 31 Dec so most of shops were closed and the traffic was crazy but the staff managed to deliver it to my villa by Gojek after few times attempts. Much appreciated! And they wished me a happy new year with the delivery parcel:)

Unprofessional service. This optic only wants money, but can't provide any good service. Even the way it treat a friend of mine was very bad.

I thought I needed my prescription updated. So I went to Alex Optic for an eye exam. It turns out my prescription is the same. I also needed a screw tightened on my lenses. She did it really quickly for me. So when I asked how much I owed and she told me nothing. I was shocked! I'll for sure be back for future eye needs. Very honest business.

Walked in by myself on the morning of NYE (boyfriend went surfing ;) and the owner spent OVER AN HOUR with me as I tried on different styles, shapes, and colors - he was super patient, really helpful, and best of all, sooo HONEST! He would make these funny faces when a pair did or didn’t look good on me, it was like having that friend you can trust will tell you the truth to help you pick something out. I walked out with not 1, but 2 new pairs of glasses, one of which was the very first pair he gave me to try on. The selection was great, the eye exam was free on-site, the glasses were ready even earlier than expected (Jan 2nd 10am vs. 3pm, so early by about 5 hours, but note that they were closing early on NYE, and closed on Jan 1st, so given my particular timeframe, there was no option for same-day for me, but I’ve heard it’s possible if you go in early enough when they open), and overall the experience was very professional, highly recommend if you ever need specs in Seminyak!

The miracle place, where impossible becomes a reality! Ive lost my glasses in the sea, so one day I meet Gabor at morning, he spent more than half of hour with me just to be sure my new lenses will be the best for me, and. My new prescription glasses was ready at afternoon to pickup! Incredible. Thank you!

Gabor has been the most helpful optometrist I have met between Bali and Australia. Not just content to sell me very good quality glasses, he also gave some very sound advice above and beyond what I expected. My new glasses arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. Thank you guys.

Great service. Made a new pair of specs in 2 hours. Total cost for consult, frames and lenses was under $200. Highly recommended.

What an amazing company. Greeted and was taken care the minute I walked in. Not only did they accept my American prescription, they also corrected it thanks to Gabor. The selection was great and absolutely no pressure. Riri and Zsolt helped with the entire process and gave me great feedback on the perfect glasses for me, even picking ones with a lower ticket price. What a great deal, good job guys!
