Aldeoz Grand Kancana Villa Bali

My family had visited the resort and we were accused of pilferage of cups and saucers and the staff instead of checking the stock in their kitchens, they forced our family to open all our luggage at the time of checkout to check for the same. Even after causing this distress, we didn't received an apology or any kind of compensation for this disgusting accusation. Hope the resort takes this review into account and takes some accountability for the same.

We stayed here on the last day of our Bali trip. Let me start by saying this is one of the best Value for money Stay. We were staying in a private pool villa. The staffs were super courteous and Super welcoming. The rooms were big enough for 2 Adults and I kid. The private pool was great. It also had a great bath tub and bathing area. The food quality was really great. Although little away from Kuta area, This is great if you love silent and serene vacations. You can blindly trust their hospitality.

I am staying in the property right now. The lady (Dewi) answering the call for room service (500) is very rude. Absolute zero manners to talk to customers. This is my 6th evening in Bali and first time I have had a bad experience. This is not a 2 star hotel nor you guys are charging less. Please train your staff how to take room orders and be nice to the clients. Very disappointing.

Nice rooms, but needs more maintenance.
Far from city, so if you want a peaceful stay it's good else food options are very far. Floating breakfast was nice and the food served was good too.
Fixed breakfast menu at restaurant, and its cold, and no staff present at breakfast area you are just in your own.

Extremely Beautiful Rooms. Could add more items to the buffet and menu.
Compassionate Staff. Overall good experience.

Not a good experience.particular with restaurant staff behaviour.randomly they shift buffet breakfast to ala carte menu that with only one dish selection (whether you like or not) and arguing that they have limited guest.

It's a very beautiful place.
Villa is awesome and so spacious with all the required amenities.

Food options were limited, staff was good, Villa bathrooms were not good and stinky. There was a shortage of water once in the morning

Very bad experience staying at this place. Room had a foul smell and was not maintained properly. Lizards, cockroaches, Ants and centipedes were seen in most of the places. Swimming pool was not that clean and hence we couldn’t use the pool. Overall bad experience.

Worst place to stay! We stayed in villa 6, the floor is broken, wifi is very very slow, bathroom is open so no AC there, the door that separates hall and bathroom has problem and it doesn't close and the room is always hot despite having AC. There are a lot of mosquitoes, cockroaches, lizards, ants in the room. The room stinks as soon as you enter and that'll continue until your stay is over. The ambience is very well built but not hygienic. The switches are old and sticky, once you touch you will rethink if you ever want to touch again. The water tastes bad, not sure how old they are! Overall a worst experience!

Plz keep in mind no buffet breakfast is available here only thay give option for the breakfast and which is limited and single serve.other then this all things are very good.less veg options some ate very good options try samosa in breakfast its nice

Worst service that i have seen or experienced.definitely not a 5* level hotel and the breakfast spread is very limited and nearly the same thing everyday.food is average and will definitely not recommended for staying here.the property is not at all maintained, you will find dead insects in the pool and the room cleanup will not do anything.they will just fold the used towels rather than replacing them.

Very bad experience

It is a Beautiful property with every room having lawn and personal pool along with huge bathroom. It is a must stay property in bali park with affordable price. We stayed for 3 days and honestly wished to stay more

Lot of mosquitoes, Lizards, and insects. And they burn a mosquito coils, which doesn't help, which smells bad, limited food. We did not like the stay.

It was great villa,
Services were good, good staff, yes there were mosquitos and red ants in villa, but it occurs almost everywhere.

Breakfast was limited but still taste was best as compared to others in bali.

If you want to feel luxury, aldeoz is recommended.

Pros:
Good pool villas, huge bathroom and clean pool.

Cons:
Limited food options, average taste. No nearby walkable eatries outside the hotel. Average breakfast.
Stained bedsheets.

Honestly I would pick an hotel in Nusa dua or Ubud over this.

Great place enjoy your stay in villas with pools and cultural breakfast and meals in Bali. Villas are beautiful and rooms are very spacious.

Amazing superb service. Really accomodating people chef prepared food and packed with us at 6 am travel and willingly with a smile. Will really love to be back.

I would have given 5 star but deducting 1 star for limited Food, Drinks Menu and Common Pool.

Resort is really awesome, big rooms, huge Bathroom with Bathtub.

Best part is Private pool with every room.

This Resort is really awesome but seems like Covid19 have hurt it little bit.

Staff is really great rooms very big and clean.

Would advice everyone to must try this Resort.

1. Hot Water was not available in our villa for 2 days and nobody cared to fix it!

2. Lots of Mosquitoes, to avoid mosquitoes they put up a coil in the bathroom, and it smells very bad because of the burnt mosquito coil.

3. Drinking water was limited, they used to provide only 1 litre per day!

Overall we had a bad experience here!
