AKUA Bali Tapas Bar & Restaurant

This is my favorite temple! The food is VERY good, the ham croquettes, the sirloin, the prawns with bacon, the tuna.everything was very delicious! We came two days in a row because we didn't eat the same during the entire trip. The staff is also very attentive and friendly, lucky to have found them.

For dessert I recommend the cheesecake, it was very good.

Great restaurant with a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
The dishes are fabulous (a little gastro) and the cocktails are great.
I recommend if you want a change from the local and grilled seafood on the beach

Came here for dinner with friend and wife.
Food is good with a nice choice of Spanish dishes.
We had cold cuts, manchego cheese, seafood tapas, patatas and a seafood paella.
Ambiance inside is a bit cold and lights are very low but it’s nice, not noisy like some other places in Bali and toilets are very clean
Staff are very helpful
They have nice choice of Spanish wine, the one we took was very pleasant (see the photo for more info)
Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed the experience.

Typically I tried to eat at the smaller, local, family places nearby which were excellent but I came here for lunch while waiting to head to the airport and it was delicious. I did gluten free and vege only. Gazpacho and quinoa salad were so delicious and tasted very fresh and made with love. Enjoyed some wine too. Nice view as well.

Probably not the fanciest restaurant in Bali, but truly outstanding food.

The dishes are correct and the service very fast and attentive. For the same price, opt for the restaurants on the beach.

Very poor customer service the main course was one hour late and no one came to inform us or apologize.

We are 2 Spaniards on our honeymoon in Bali, looking for restaurants to eat, Akua from Bilbao came to us and after 15 days in Indonesia we miss home cooking; so we decided to go. We do not regret at all having gone to dinner at this restaurant, authentic Spanish food, very good and quality. It is appreciated to eat at home so far from it. We would do it again!

We called to make a reservation for 5 people outdoors they said it was okay that we could come and everything, we show up and first of all they said we had no reservation and one of the waiters came back and said that they didn’t have a table for us, the restaurant was completely empty and they kept saying they couldn’t sit us outside. I’ll also include that during the phone call the woman asked 6 different times how many people we were after repeatedly telling her lunch afternoon outdoors. The food might be great but they definitely need to get new waiters.

The Spanish food served in this restaurant is amazing!
The care of the owner to selecting and keeping the quality of each product he uses to prepare each item of the menu makes a real difference.
The restaurant is large and normally is not crowded.
The staff is kind and friendly.
If this restaurant was in Seminyak or Canggu it would be for sure one of the most trendy restaurants in the island.

I tried nasi goreng and carbonara spaghetti, it tasted fantastic. Spain restaurant with a reasonably priced. If you reside near Jimbaran, I would recommend this one.

Nach dem vielen indonesischen Essen haben wir uns gefreut mal etwas spanisches zu essen. Und ich kann sagen es hat geschmeckt wie in Barcelona. Wir waren schon zweimal da: einmal nur Tapas und beim zweiten Mal hat mein Mann ein Stück Fleisch gegessen welches perfektgebratenwar. Ich wieder Tapas. Alles sehr sehr lecker.freuen uns heute schon auf die Paella. Preislich auf jeden Fall gehoben mit Service Charge kommt man auf 520 bis 600 K

Eine einzige Enttäuschung!
Alles was vorher gut war, ist hier schlecht gewesen.
Kleine Portion, angebrannter Reis, Muscheln vertrocknet, kein Safran und null Gemüse.
Das hat mit einer Paella nichts zu tun. Große Enttäuschung!

The Food is AMAZING! My favourite is the cheseesticke bread, sangria, and the Lubina barramundi with the butter rice! We always coming back every weekend that is how much we love this Restaurant. If we live nearby maybe we could dine in every night. The best Spanish restaurant in Indonesia so far.

And after lunch you can enjoy nice walk by the beach. Much better than in Canggu or Legian!

Very much enjoy coming here for a Sunday Paella and sangria on weekends. The white beach is calm for swimming - the restaurant has showers if needed. Very friendly place!

We had a few of the appetizers and some drinks. The food was very average for the price (not cheap), however the service was good and nice ambience.

Great food for a couple or for a whole family. Even the picky eaters find something they enjoy. Plenty of choices of foods. The oreo milkshake is also great!

Spanish cuisine yg wajib dicoba di daerah Jimbaran. Seafood paella nya super enak dan ga bau amis. Sangria nya very refreshing. Tempat dan suasanya jg comfy bgt dan tepat berada di dpn pantai jimbaran. And they also provide kayak rent for those who wants to try the sport!
