Warning: rip-off - suddenly you have to pay ten times the price. Can then only be regulated through the police and an expensive learning allowance. Do not enter

You get approached by a lot of taxi services leaving the airport, I said no to all until I got out of the building, and then I got one which charged me 600K to Nusa Dua ($60), the trip should have come in under 200K I later found out and when I arranged a taxi back from the hotel sure enough 180K. Always best to get your hotel to book you a taxi and have it waiting at the airport, pretty sure they all do it.

The Go Jack app is very expensive, it’s 2 or even 3 times cheaper than they say, taxi drivers justify it by saying that they need to be supported, I don’t want to offend anyone, it’s just not human to break prices like that

I took a taxi from the “ngurah rai taxi service” desk just outside the arrivals area. Overpriced, and they only accept cash. If you live in Bali, better call a Gocar and wait for it.

Got ripped off. The driver also took us to a SIM card shop that I believe they work together to rip people off or scam honestly. Their prices are incredibly expensive!

Book your ride ahead of time rather than going with these scam artists. They ward off the reliable taxi services that will charge you less so that they can charge you 5x the rate for worse service. Only way around it is to have a ride pre booked. Wish we had known.

The airport taxi brought me home, then i realised i left my wallet in the taxi, I have called the number on the website but nobody answers. Terrible service. Next time I will use Gojek or Grab and will inform my friends to do the same. At least you can talk to the driver.

It’s a serious scam. We paid 50.000 one way with a personal driver. 150.000 with this “taxi company” for our the way back. When he dropped us off at the hotel he asked 200.000. It’s really ridiculous. Don’t use them for your transfer.

Official Airport Taxis are a scam - staff corrupt. Come on Bali sort your official airport taxis out. First welcome to Bali is a board with all official prices on - but when you go to counter its almost double that on the board - and your only option is to cancel when you complain at the desk. Official taxis worse that the touts. Avoid, pre book something.

Sign says prices but when they give you a ticket to pay, it's almost double. When asked them why it was different to the sign, they are very rude and the only offer is to cancel and "go get your own then". Avoid.

DO NOT use airport taxi service by any means. Horrible service and such a rip off. The best way is to go up to the departure area and grab a taxi from there.

Price board said 90k, person at the desk asked for 150k. It's the first time that's happened in all of South and Southeast Asia. I walked away. The service needs to be sorted out.

If i can less than 1 Star i will give. Verry expansive, unfriendly Driver who Drive horrible with his Mobile Phone in his Hand. The Wohle Time he Discussed with us about our destination and After that he wants more money.

Crazy prizes beware from taxi to the airport they will charge you astronomical fee just to drive 5 min ridiculous

Guys, we really need to get our system right. I don’t like the service that’s why most of people (locals and experienced tourists in Bali) chose to take online taxi. At least they give a better service in a better rate in that respect.

I wouldn't put any star if there's an option. I used Ngurah Rai Airport Taxi number 369 yesterday and was scammed. I showed the driver my hotel address and he took us to the wrong place and we had to navigate to the hotel with our own phone. Then he blamed us for showing him the wrong address even when we have confirmed with the receptionist that the address was correct. He asked for more payment than the agreed price. Save the trouble and use the well recommended Blue Bird Group instead.

Airport taxi is run by a mafia. There are other companies like Grab (Uber) or Blue Taxi. However if airport taxi sees these companies they will literally hit either them or you and try to damage their cars. Also if you mention the competitors names while airport taxi hears it they will begin stalking you to make sure the other taxies will not pick you up.

Do not use Airport taxi. Arrange a driver to pick you up before coming or walk around a bit. Normally Blue taxi is working under cover and tries to get you as a costumer (however this approach is a bit fishy (They must show you their badge). You will pay double if you use airport taxi and these guys behave like laughing idiots around you. Also my Blue Taxi driver just told me that he has to pay protection money to stay in the airport undercover. Otherwise he would get hurt.
