Need to provide more power points in the room with universal type and the toilet entrance should have a door in between the room in order to preserve the Aircon and lastly please provide more than 1 card access

We stayed in a 1-room villa with a private pool. The decoration is excellent.friendly staff

Needed a last minute booking for a villa in Uluwatu and was lucky to find this lovely spot.
Traditional Balinese architecture, amazing and helpful staff and plenty of space in the villa.
The only downside was the breakfast - which could be prepared a little better and limited choice for in room service.
The location is a little further from the heart of Uluwatu and the beach, but not an issue if you have a scooter and are acquainted with the area.

The villas are nice and they do provide a good level of comfort but the service us a major let down.

The breakfast is so ridiculous, they ask you to fill in a checklist with option of egg, option of sausage and option of mushroom / bacon.

In my head I think it's more effort to print this out and cut it than to just ask the guests and take an order manually.
And it makes the whole breakfast feel cheaper.

The buffet is just sad.

We ordered room service for lunch and it took almost an hour. We then called for clearing up the plates and dishes and the housekeeping came with brush and pan, tissues, and garbage bags to clean the rooms.

We stayed here for three nights. The room and the hotel itself is beautiful, but their amenities are lacking in so many ways that our stay did not feel luxurious at all. There are warning signs all over the room! The staff’s behaviour was too animated, trying to be too formal with fake smiles for no reason. We were tired and sweaty from a boat journey when we arrived, but wasn’t even offered water let alone a welcome drink. Our towels were small kid size. No bath robes. The free breakfast was just ok. The restaurant menu was a joke with literally 7 items on it. We ordered grab the whole time. Their massage was the most expensive in my whole trip and still the worst! I would not stay here again unless they improve drastically in their amenities and services.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Airis! So much so that we extended our stay. We were on our honeymoon so it was the ideal spot for privacy and having your own pool. We bought snacks and drinks from the local supermarket and had some lovely nights chilling by the pool. Location is good but you need a scooter which is easily rentable from reception.

It is a quiet villa complex. Staff very friendly, nice reception. Scooter arranged through the hotel. Breakfast was fine, unfortunately not always warm.

Minus 10 is this complex! There is not a gram of coverage, on top of the money you pay! For this money, you get a breakfast of bare bread and eggs, the question of whether you have ham or cheese is answered with NO! You give them a washing machine to two families and they return them to you mixed, because they obviously wash them together When visiting the maids when there are two people, they leave only one shampoo and one shower gel each. Every morning the breakfast is half an hour late. The villa is not a super inaccessible place, even taxis don't come here! They lied to us that the complex is 80% full and we are the only guests all week! Just give your money somewhere else not here!

The staff here is amazing.

A hidden gem! Spent the most dreamy vacation at Uluwatu, in this beautiful property. The room itself was gorgeous, large and laid out well. The only complaint I would have is that we faced issues with being fairly disconnected from services like Grab and Gojek during rainy weather, so please plan well ahead for meals. The hotel itself plans its meals with guests a day in advance, so ensure you're covered on that aspect accordingly. All in all, beautiful property, very friendly staff - would visit again.

DO NOT STAY HERE.staff barely speak english and were completely unhelpful. Manager is non-existant. I complained on my first day and am still waiting for a response from the manager 3 weeks later.location is in the middle of nowhere, which would be great if they had their restaurant open, which they didn't FOR THE ENTIRETY OF MY STAY. I couldn't even order beer.fine is that's the vibe, but there was ZERO COMMUNICATION on this before I arrived, and it's also advertised on their website.they didn't even provide enough water, even after I asked 4 times! I arrived late the first night and with no phone signal and the WIFI not working, I had to eat a block of chocolate for dinner. The bed sheets had a blood stain on them, and the towels other stains. Pillows worst I've ever had. The pool area was nice, but you can either choose to be private, or choose to look at the view as there is a walk way in front of the villa and you need to cover the view with curtains. Breakfast was a joke as expected, and the service was awful. It took them 4 attempts and 1 hour to deliver 2 wine glasses to the room as they didn't know the type of glasses they were. Other very simple / expected things like helping me with my luggage up the 4 flights of stairs never happened. Again, not a single word from the manager "who was off site". NOT WORTH THE MONEY, NOT A GREAT VIEW, TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO FOOD OR ALCOHOL ON SITE, WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Kamar bersih sangat luas dan nyaman.cocok untuk menginap keluarga besar karena villanya 3 kamar luas semua. Kolam renang bersih sarapan kurang cocok.

Very isolated and silent place. It's not private, the word is lonely. Don't risk the pool if you're a short height. I love the room. It was just heaven. The TV was working and had a lot of channels.

Perasaan menyenangkan saat diajak stay di Airis Luxury Villas & Spa didaerah Jimbaran. Memang letaknya agak kedalam, tidak ramai dari aktivitas umum, sehingga kita merasakan ketenangan. Walaupun ada alat berat yg sedang bekerja pada siang hari, dibelakang/diluar dari area Airis Luxury. Namun tidak begitu mengganggu kebersamaan ini.
Saat kami tiba disini, sudah disambut baik oleh staf Airis Luxury serta diantarkan ke villa yg akan kami pakai.
Kami sangat merasakan pelayanan dan keramahan dari staf Airis Luxury, ketika ada pertanyaan atau sesuatu hal yg kami minta. Respon tanggapannya cepat. Keluarga sangat merasakan sukacita dan menikmati kebersamaan ditempat ini. Villa pertama yg kami pakai ada dua kamar (satu dilantai bawah, satu dilantai atas) dan ada private poolnya. Kemudian keesokan harinya, kami pindah ke villa yg lebih besar dengan tiga kamar karena faktor kebutuhan ruangan.
Cuma ada yg unik atau tidak biasa bagi kita orang timur, saat akan menggunakan ruang mandi, toilet atau memanfaatkan bathup, semuanya sangat transparan, dengan dibatasi kaca bening. Tidak ada kaca gloss supaya tidak kelihatan apa aktivitas yg sedang kita lakukan didalam ruang tsb, ketika ada orang lain disekitar ruangan atau didalam kamar.
Villa ini ideal untuk kumpul keluarga, bercengkerama, makan-minum, disekitar pool sambil cebur ke kolam air.
Ada pemandangan indah dari tempat ini untuk melihat laut biru dikejauhan sana, mengasyikkan dengan perasaan yang menyenangkan.
Masalah ruangan kamar dan fasilitas lainnya sudah sesuailah.datang dan nikmati saja dengan hati yg gembira. Tks pelayanannya Airis Luxury Villas.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was an amazing place! I love the building concept. It is suitable for the couple, but if you are not a couple, you need to know that the rest room door is using transparent glass.
The type that I choose is Deluxe Villa type. It has private pool which made my family wanted to swim. It was secured and suitable for this pandemic situation.
For the breakfast, the staff helped to bring it to our villa and we could eat together at the dining room.
We enjoyed to stay in here for 2 nights. I would recommend this villa to those wants to stay and chillax in Uluwatu.

Only one word. Disappointed. Book via agoda for 18 jan 2021. My family and I arrived at airis luxury villas and was rejected because we brought our kids (13 yo and 11 yo) together. Surprised that they take/charge the money even when we didn't stay there coz they rejected us. At the end we felt robbed by airis luxury villa (Beware of this tricky word "hotel policy" because they will be charge you with confidence).

Not convenient that no towel rail to shower area. Covered area connecting living room and dining area. Small table in living room is required. Toilet door should not be transparent. No power point was located at bed side table.
