3Very clean and convenient structure both to the beach and to the club/shop area of Samur. Sore points, the staff understands and speaks English poorly, the breakfast is poor in quality and without the possibility of additions, we asked for a little lemon or lime for the tea, but we were told that there was none. Note that the property has a mini market adjacent to the property, the same goes for any type of fruit other than watermelon. If you travel for work like us, be aware that the wifi reception is very bad and very slow.

There is a Laundry on site, they wash your things cheaply and efficiently.
The room we stayed in smelled strongly of mold, as did the bedding.we were disgusted to sleep in it. The fridge was moldy and obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Just like bathroom tiles. I found a stranger's hair tie behind the sink. Lets you conclude that the bathroom was only cleaned very superficially before we moved into the room. The bathroom door was also broken and didn't close. That was very annoying. The door to the room was difficult to close, so you had to be careful not to leave it open. What is totally difficult with a child, since the pool is right in front of the room and is not fenced in. This can be very dangerous. All in all, there is an urgent need for renovation and thorough cleaning.
We left laundry for cleaning.this cost 9,000 rupees per kilo more than elsewhere. We got the laundry back while it was still wet and couldn't put it in our suitcase. The breakfast was also not worth mentioning.
The only positive thing about this property is the good location.
All in all I would not recommend the stay. Especially not with small children.
