Adventure Scuba Diving Bali

Just completed my padi diving course today and it was SO GOOD.my instructors were tal who was so lovely and made me very comfortable (she is so easy to talk to!) and also had chad who was also very kind and was a little cheeky and funny and i loved it! It made the experience even more enjoyable.they both were so helpful, patient and very good at explaining everything. 10/10 would recommend.you’re very lucky it you get the same instructors as i did <3 guys if you’re reading this i miss you already, MY NEW BEST FRIENDS.

Great experience! The guides were very patient with us even though we had a few nerves and issues to begin with. The registration process was also quite smooth. They offer pick up and drop services.

Had the best time! Saw manta rays, sea turtles, and lots of blue stars ️️️️️

Friendly team, safe practices, comfortable yacht, clean and functional gear, and just all around beautiful people and environment to spend a day around/in.

Went out for a beginner dive trip with Ras, he was very competent and made the whole group feel comfortable! Such an amazing experience and were able to accommodate on short notice. 10/10 recommend!

Had an amazing experience with our PADI instructor Rasmus! He was patient and meticulous in his teaching throughout our Open Water Course. His knowledge is impressive and he was keen to share them with us. Under his guidance, we were able to successfully experience the beautiful dive sites at the Liberty Wreck and Nusa Penida. Diving equipment, meals and transport were all included so that we could focus entirely on learning the skills and not worry about anything else. Highly recommended for any newbie looking to embark on their diving journey!

I came to the shop to book for a dive section for the day after but nobody could assist me in the shop. I had to communicate via WhatsApp or email and the only way to book a section was via a bank transfer options with commission fees or with some apps that I don't use. Which it was annoying as I went to the shop with cash just to make it simple. Eventually the location I wanted to dive got fully booked and I couldn't check other dive centers later as I had to work in the afternoon.
Maybe if you are not in Bali you can check this center but if you already here and want to have a last minute quick booking you should consider some other centers

Did my open water, advanced and rescue courses all with Çagdas at Adventure Scuba Diving. It was amazing, definitely one of the best experiences of my life. The courses were not only educational but also extremely fun! 10/10, highly recommend

We did our Open Water Dive course with ASD. Claire was amazing and so helpful in getting everything organised. She even helped us with suggestions on where to stay in Bali. The course was fantastic. It felt very tailored to our abilities and we felt very comfortable with our dives. We were able to explore multiple areas during our course, including the Tulamben Ship Wreck and Padang Bai. Most other companies seem to stay in one area. Highly recommend these guys!

Smooth sailing through and through. Claire was extremely helpful with advising on locations and booking the dive almost a year in advance. I opted for Manta Ray dive in Nusa Penida and as it got close to it I got very nervous to a point that I had a panic attack in the water whilst going snorkelling there a few days before ‍️ (as much as I love it, I’m not a confident diver and years of not doing it because of lockdowns sure didn’t help). If I haven’t paid for the dives already, I most definitely would have cancelled it there and then. But OMG I’m sooo glad I didn’t. It was phenomenal - seeing a giant manta ray in its element was truly special. And I’ve got to see 7 of them at close proximity, as well as turtles, trigger fish etc.and a pod of dolphins came by the boat too. Crystal Bay that followed was like jumping into aquarium, drift diving at SD Point so very special in its own right too. Book it, you won’t regret it, I promise.
Special shout to my diving guide Riko. Very professional, very friendly and made me feel safe and looked after at all times.
Oh, and I almost forgot, you do get GoPro videos from your dive, which is a massive bonus.

Sam has taken accountability, apologized for what happened many times. And explained that this is a momentary managerial mistake and the consequences of it is something that he never wanted for me.
Sam has provided effective solutions and generous remedies for this event and promised improvements for better experiences and diving safety.

Usually reviews is pretty reliable, but this time is an exception.

My divemaster speaks little English. The communication was as good as none. He did a 1 minute briefing, telling us we will be leaving in X minutes and we won’t go deeper than 20 meters. That was basically all the information he gave us. And I can’t understand half of what he was saying. Whereas divemasters in other teams speaks fluent English. Explained what you should look out for when walking into the water, water temperature, what’s the terrain like.

And then the equipment is terrible:
Boots
The first pair of boots I got had one zipper stuck. So the dive master grabbed me another pair which is about 2 size bigger and that as to do because there’s the third pair which is even much bigger.

Fins
One fin was barely holding on because one buckle is broken. It actually loosened and came off of my foot amid my first dive.
I asked if for another pair but that’s the only pair they’ve got. So I had to wear it for my second dive and hoping I wont lose it.

Gauge

My depth gauge was not working, and of course that was the only one they have. The whole time I had no idea how deep we were. I could only trust our divemaster.
My dive buddy did hire a dive computer and he asked why we didn’t do safety stop because the computer told him to.
I only hope that we hovered around decompression depth long enough so I don’t get bend.

I’ve dived a several countries, Thailand, Taiwan, and many dives in Australia.
The price for 2 fun dives are pretty much the same regardless the country you dive.

Out of all the diving experiences I had Adventure Scuba Diving provided the worst service and worst safety procedures and worst value of money.

Decided to do our open water certificate with Adventure Scuba diving and it was the best decision ever. Overall in terms of logistics and administration everything was very smooth and simple. Our instructor Rasmus was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was also a responsible teacher and was nurturing during the entire teaching process. We felt safe throughout the course and I think his teaching helped us become more confident in the water. The dives were amazing with lots of marine life, with lots of manta rays, turtles, cuttlefish, and other cool fish. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company for any courses or even just for normal dives

I took the open water certification course with Rasmus in February 2022. This was my first introduction to diving and my instruction and experience with Rasmus is absolutely unbeatable. As a nervous person, I felt reassured by the skill of his instruction.

I have gone on to continue diving and even received my AOW a month ago. Though I had a decent dive instructor while receiving this qualification, I truly wish I could have gotten the next level from Rasi at Adventure Scuba Diving Bali. The instruction is truly and authentically unbeatable.

If you are in Bali and are looking to go diving, or are looking to take a diving course of any kind I highly recommend coming here. Because, while yes the diving is incredible, it's truly the responsiveness and skill of the divers at this dive shop that put you at ease.

The rest of the members of this dive shop are also great and we had a great time all the way around. If ever I find myself in Bali again, I'll make sure to use this company and say hi.

Adventure Scuba Diving Bali is an exceptional dive center that I highly recommend. I had the pleasure of completing both my Open Water and Advanced Open Water courses at this school and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of instruction and overall experience.

I chose to enroll at this scuba center due to the many positive reviews I had read online. Despite being the most expensive dive center in the area, I felt that it was worth investing in for the level of safety and quality of instruction I would receive. The food they serve is also delicious and provides the perfect sustenance for long days spent in the water.

However, what really sets this dive center apart is its outstanding instructor, Çağdaş. He is a highly experienced diver who is friendly and genuinely concerned about his student's safety and well-being. During my last dive, my buddy experienced a panic attack, and Çağdaş handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, demonstrating the school's commitment to being a 5-star PADI dive center with competent instructors. He was not only a highly experienced and knowledgeable instructor but also friendly and approachable, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable and confident while diving.

The dive sites themselves are breathtaking, with some of the best locations being the shipwreck and all the dive spots around Nusa Penida. The diversity of marine life in these locations is simply incredible, and the school's instructors are skilled at ensuring divers get the most out of their experience while still respecting the natural environment.

In summary, Adventure Scuba Diving Bali is a dive center that truly lives up to its reputation. While it may be the most expensive option, the level of safety, quality of instruction, and unforgettable dive sites make it worth the investment. Spent 3 days diving with Adventure Scuba Diving Bali. Cagdas and Rico were both great dive masters with such awesome knowledge and diverse experience. It was an honour to meet them both and go diving with such experts. They both knew exactly where to go at all the 7 dive sites they took me to, and I had a great time meeting all the critters I've only ever seen in documentaries. So worth it.

I felt like royalty with the personal service I received from the whole team. Thank you all for making my Bali trip EPIC.

Used these guys for a diving trip to Nusa Penida and would highly recommend. Claire was super helpful and answered all of my questions / gave good recommendations in advance and Richo the guide was really knowledgable and friendly.

Great place to do a PADI course. Very experienced instructors with a lot of local knowledge to help make the most of your dives. Nice food and well organised. Particular shout out to Caesar who made sure I didn’t miss anything and seemed to know exactly where all the mantas were going. Would highly recommend diving with these guys

Great please to start your diving adventure! Super communication and coordination with Claire, our instructor was Cagdas, great Guy he is a good lad and together with perfect training, good jokes, he made it more fun!
