Pretty awesome customer service. The delivery and return of the bike were done from my accommodation. The guys were responsive at all times and the price was fair compared to everything else I could find in the market.

Scooter, average condition but therefore a good point to negotiate.
Honest about the condition of the scooter upon return. On the other hand, charging for the installation of the phone holder is commercially average.

Great experience, I communicated with 493 Scooter Rental through WhatsApp, the motorbike was delivered to the hotel and collected. Also, because we decided to leave before earlier, we left the motorbike in the hotel parking, and it was collected from there later.
All went good, great motorbike, good communication and very professional.

Low quality bikes with busted brakes, dirty helmets that smell with broken latches that can’t fully clip. Someone on whatsapp messaged me the day of the return harassing me about returning my bike at the exact minute otherwise i’d be charged. Not sure how this place earned multiple 5 star reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Asked them for a 2023 new scooter so I can know that it is in good condition and nothing is wrong with it, they said yes it's brand new, I go there to find out they were pushing a "new 2019" model for the price of the 2023. I said no thank you and went to another guy for 10% cheaper, and the bike literally had no more that 800 km on it with a keyless start

Baru pertama kali sewa motor diBali, dan dapet vendor rental motor ini yg sangat memuaskan. Kendaraannya up to date dgn kondisi yg sgt layak, didukung helm dan jas hujan serta holder hp yg bikin kustomer sgt dimudahkan dan merasa dilayani dgn baik.

Cheap prices, rented a bike for 2 weeks and installed surf rack + phone holder (must when in Bali!)

Got a relatively new NMax sorted on short notice. Easy communication and accommodating people.

DO NOT RENT YOUR SCOOTER HERE! I do not understand the good reviews here and I think most of them are fake. We booked two scooter for 23 days with a phone holder and pickup in Jimbaran (additional cost). For the time frame the owner calculated 24 days for which I paid. After a while I realized this and told him. After several discussions he agreed to pay me back the one day when he picks up the scooters. I already gave him the hotel where the pickup should take place. The scooters where provided by another guy and he always texted and called me by asking questions about the pickup. I do not understand why the boss is not communicating to him. At the end the pickup did not work and of course I did not get my money. He suggested to meet close to the airport. So we did. There we realized that he only gave us half of the money. I showed him the whatsapp confersation with his boss but he kept on refusing my request to gibe me the whole money. Totally unprofessional. Beside of that, the phone holder got broken after a few days and my phone got broken during driving! The lights of the scooter s were very low. As we rented them during day we could not check the lights. Helmets were very old and to big. I recommend to book your scooter somewhere else. There are enough provider close to the airport/Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu.

Fantastic service, scooters are in great condition and very competitively priced. We hired in Legian and they were happy to pick it up. And when I’m nusa dua they were more then happy to drop it off for 4 days and pick it up for us at the end of our stay.
