I’m not sure why not many customer. But this is great place to stay. Almost have the entire building to yourself with excellent view on the dining room.
Though to use water you have to walk out of room and get the pump electrically plugged in. Bit of hassle.the restroom can be improved as well.

Really lovely place. The view for sunset is amazing.
We had the room at 200k bcs we do not use aircon.
We stay two night there.
Room are good size with large bed and new mattress very comfort.
They have laundry service and good breakfast with tea or coffee with pancakes.
