RIMBA Jimbaran BALI by AYANA

Maybe I had too many expectations for Ayana but the service here is a little bit pity. Should be better at these details.

It's our third resort in Bali and we stayed two nights here. The staff who brought us luggage to the room didn't want to introduce the room to us but waited for us to give the tips. And other staff we encountered here were not actively greeting us like other resorts.

We had breakfast in To’Ge and Karang. Both waiters tell us the wrong numbers of the table which makes my tea was sending to others. This is annoying cause one day another’s coffee is sent to our table.

We went to the River pool for photo-shooting. There were two waiting lines, one was for the pool and the other was for the shooting spot, which confused us cause we didn't know which one was the main one. I hope there are staff to help organize and also prepare more towels since it’s a popular place.

Also, the counter was so slow and there was a cut in the line for checkout which made it worse.

For the room, they only put facial tissue in the restroom and it's not enough. But every resort in Bali where I stayed has this problem.

It is a very attractive place because it has good accessibility to the city and is large in size, so you can use all of these facilities during your stay!

Bad operations and maintenance. Good and drinks too expensive. Too large too feel cosy. Amazing architecture and landscaping.

It seems like a good place to rest inside the hotel, but there are few other facilities or things to see nearby.

The room condition is not good.
The room is small and the bedding is damp.
But I am satisfied with the entire resort.

Many thanks for all crew. My 10th wedding anniversary so great experience with rimba and ayana hotels group. Room very clean. Rockbar very good ambience. Breakfast is crowd, busy and fun. Good service from all crew.especially night shift reception give to my little daugther ayana's monkey doll. Then mr lanang offering me bring our luggage in corridor when checkout

It's the best in everything.
If you were to receive the same service and stay in Japan, you would not be able to stay at this price.
I would definitely use it again.thank you.

The staff is friendly and the facilities are good, but there are so many people that it feels more like a department store than a resort.
Everything, including activities, is more expensive than other resorts.
Problems with water quality in toilets and water staining on the floor need to be addressed.

Decent stay, but we had a straightener stolen from the room.
During the check out we reported it to Arie, a member of staff who assured us to do what was necessary to come back to us and report to us. More than 3 months have passed, and various reminders from France - none of which has found an answer.
Beware of belongings left in the rooms, and above all do not believe the staff who will ask you to pay for check out, and will not take care of your business theft problem.
Very disappointed!

Couldn’t say better things about RIMBA / AYANA

You definitely get what you pay for and more - the grounds are stunning filled with so many activities and 14 different pools and many different restaurants / bars to choose from!

Luxurious is an understatement

Would recommend this to anyone I know

If u want to enjoy the property in Bali do visit but for minimum 2 days as it's so huge tht I'll need minimum 2 days to cover it or watch around

Rimba is a great place for a holiday! You never need to leave the area as Rimba is connected to the Ayana resort and The Villa. Rimba has many amenities such as a Gym, Restaurant, Spa, Pool, etc.

Overall a really nice experience.

Excellent hotel, well equipped in terms of leisure facilities and restaurants, only one thing I wasn't happy about is that there were a couple of bugs on the plumeria petals that were laid beautifully on the bed

Bali Rimba have two lobbies. The West is definitely 4 star, but the East looks and feel disappointingly 3,5 star, and this is a 4 star hotel. If they want to cater for younger and cheaper version, the management should communicate better to public by branding it differently. Example: Hutan by Rimba. Good luck. A long time loyal customer dating back to Ayana in '96.

Beautiful hotel resort that shares ground with the sister Ayana, if you don't mind the location which is not convenient, this resort would be excellent. It's quite pricey though.

Keren banged, cozzyyyyyyy. Ada 2 macam desain, yang lebih modern dan yang masih ada nuansa bali nya. Dibagi menjadi east dan west. (East lebih modern). Bisa diakses dengan mobil shuttle, hingga ke ayana. Fasilitas sangat lrngkap, cocok untuk bersamtai karena semua ada disini. Worthed untuk harga. Pelayanan sangat ramah. Makanan, tidak usah ditanya, enak banged.viewnya luar biasa, ada forest dan ocean, bisa dipilih. Tersedia 2 ukuran kamar, yang standart dan suite.

This is one of the top places in Bali!
Guest can use all facilities of the Ayana and the Spa which is a bit traditional. The Rimba though is light and airy, the design and art of the magic Japanese Artist Seiki Torige though makes the difference. Perfect service and incredible pool installations on different levels.
